Rental Operations Core System
keyboard_double_arrow_right
You can view the lifetime history of construction machinery from purchase to disposal.
By assigning a management number and RFID tag to construction machinery, all histories of the
machine until it is
removed are stored. This includes rental and repair histories of the same type of machinery,
allowing for easy
chronological confirmation. This facilitates smooth estimation creation and checking whether the
machinery is
underutilized. Additionally, it serves as a trigger for reviewing rental fees and operational rules.

Introducing the App Screens

Ease of Use Enhancements
Since the management interface is web-based, you can check inventory even when you're on the
go using a tablet
or similar device. Each piece of information can be viewed in separate browser tabs,
allowing for easy access to
equipment details and inventory information while inputting data, such as creating various
documents, on a
computer. In the list view, you can freely configure column visibility settings.

Bulk Master Data Registration in Excel
In addition to individual registration on the web interface, all master data can be edited
in Excel and
registered, as this functionality comes standard. When registering new products, you can use
Excel to maintain a
list and register them with ease.

Inventory Out Registration
This function registers items for temporary or final withdrawal. It can be done not only on
the management
screen but also through the mobile app. Since there are many input fields required for
renting out construction
machinery, pre-registering rental fees and related items in the master list allows even
inexperienced users to
create them quickly without spending too much time. Additionally, since accounts receivable
functionality is
included, it prompts for attention if the credit limit is exceeded during registration.
After registration, you
can issue delivery slips, loan certificates, and purchase orders from suppliers in Excel.

Construction Machinery / Vehicle Management
(Equipment Number
Management)
You can register and search for information specific to each equipment number by category.
You can also
collectively register purchase information, product specifications, insurance contracts,
etc. When inquiries
about specifications arise, you can quickly search and confirm them based on management
numbers or vehicle
numbers. Of course, you can control access to information you don't want to show to general
users (such as
purchase information) by setting permissions. Additionally, you can manage not only your own
equipment numbers
but also information about machines sold to users, allowing you to extract data for regular
inspection services
and strengthen your sales activities.

Inventory Count
Due to constant movement between sales offices, lending to customers, returns to offices
different from the
lending sales office, etc., construction machinery and vehicles can sometimes go missing.
With the inventory
count function, you can conduct regular inventories even during business hours. At the start
of the inventory,
the system captures the inventory data, allowing you to check for differences against this
snapshot. This makes
it easier to identify the causes if the inventory does not match.

Accounts Payable Function
Various vouchers such as issuance, receipt, and repair include a function where you can
register purchase
information for each item in addition to the rental fee to the customer. By inputting the
price of the purchased
item at the time of voucher registration, you can now easily check it in a list format on
the payment due date
to the supplier. It can also be used to review whether the sales representative is providing
services at an
appropriate price.

Financial Statements
After issuing invoices through accounts receivable functions, various statements such as
sales breakdown (by
product/customer), bond retention list, deposit breakdown, etc., necessary for sales
analysis, billing, and
accounting tasks, can be generated.

Customization Success Stories
- It's cumbersome to open and print the reports (Excel files) downloaded from the system every time.
- We want to evaluate various aspects such as income and expenses from the time of purchase to disposal of equipment and vehicles, and ensure that the lineup is appropriate.

Developed a Dedicated Application
We have developed a desktop application similar to Chrome or Edge. This application focuses
on utilizing OS
functions directly, such as printing, and assigning custom shortcuts.
With the printing and shortcut functionalities, users can print with just a press of Ctrl +
P without going through
the process of "download → open file explorer → open Excel → print," thus reducing work
time.

Providing Data for Analysis
In typical packaged products or services, databases are not publicly accessible. Even if
access is granted,
specifications are not disclosed, making it a time-consuming task to utilize data for
analysis by meticulously
comparing the data between the application and the database.
While it's possible to incorporate the requested features into the core system, there are
often cases where analysis
needs to be conducted from different perspectives as the analysis progresses.
Therefore, we provided the data in a formatted database format, allowing users to access it
directly.
By using off-the-shelf BI tools, users can conduct smooth analysis with graphical UI for
visual judgment and
standard functions provided by the tools.
