Promote efficiency in product replenishment operations.
Without actually visiting the site, it was necessary to load vehicles with more products than needed
because the
required types and quantities of replenishment items were unknown. By sharing inventory levels
between replenishment
staff and route sales representatives in advance, we successfully reduced the frequency of visits
for inventory checks
and also managed to decrease the amount of product loaded onto vehicles.

With the vehicle inventory management feature, it is possible to track the number of
replenishments/pull-outs made.
To accommodate cases where there are direct requests to replenish a few extra items or to pull out
specific products
on-site, we have implemented a vehicle inventory function. Apart from the shipping instructions, it
allows us to track
the actual numbers of items replenished and pulled out.

Based on specified upper limits, a replenishment list for inventory is generated. Automatic replenishment can be set individually on this screen, and it is also possible to register in bulk via a file.

We would like to know the status of the installed refrigerators remotely.
Customize:We customized the system to track temperature and other conditions using IoT sensors, enabling continuous monitoring. This includes monitoring humidity and temperature within the refrigerators, as well as tracking door opening frequency, all integrated into a management dashboard.
Success!:
Now that our customers have access to information about which areas' refrigerators are being frequently/infrequently used, they can effectively make additional product suggestions and propose the expansion of installed equipment.

To ensure that orders cannot be placed by unauthorized users, we implemented a password requirement when launching the smartphone app.
